Vintage soft 70s dress rust colored with buttons

Really unique and cool boho western chic 1970s dress. Please See images for measurements of everything. Marked a size 7/8. There is some seam wear on the underside of the sleeves with a little hole, a very easy repair. Otherwise this dress is in perfect condition.
