Vintage soft & faded button up blouse

Vintage blouse, material feels and looks like a soft cotton but the poly blend makes it impossible to wrinkle, Even if you wear it tied at the bottom all day! They don’t make blouses like this anymore. Tag says size small, but I wear a size medium and the fit is very loose.
