Vintage souvenir Peking China collectable spoon 1985 silver plated dragon

Peking collectable spoon in bag with note dated 111/7/85. Note inside reads "Peking the capital of China and the fifth largest city in the world. The city is famous for its beautiful palaces, temples, huge stone walls and gates". I didnt want to open the bag. Someting etched on the back of the spoon, which I tried to get pictures of but I couldnt make it out. Looks like a P and a C I. On the stem reads silver plated, made in Holland. Also shown in pictures. Stapled in a baggie that I didn't open.
