Vintage sparkly mini-dress

Be the Belle of the Ball in this super sparkly high waisted number. Sleeves are rouched and has a metal zipper that glides nicely. Approx measurements laid flat top to bottom 30", waist 13", hips 18". Some spots have faded to more silver than blue and inside of zipper shows some discoloration. Either are that noticeable when wearing it. There is no brand or size. Would best fit a womens small or Junior size 3-5. Open to reasonable offers #cosplay #rave #musicfest
