Vintage stamped sterling silver cameo

This is a lovely vintage sterling silver cameo. It is stamped sterling in the back. Please see photo. It has a light pink coral hue. The filigree adds a beautiful detail. I've included photos in various lighting and angles. I've also included a ruler so you can see the dimensions.
