Vintage sterling silver and abalone pin

A colorful and cool pin, stamped sterling and made in Mexico, features abalone shell and maybe onyx (the black stone in the center). It’s in excellent, vintage condition, and shows no wear, chips, cracks and the closure works perfectly. The abalone is iridescent greens and blues tinged with a bit of pink and orange.
