Vintage stole, fur wrap

Vintage but no tag with brand or fabric content. I thought it was faux fur, but the person that sold this to me thought it was real. I don’t know how to verify if the main part is wool. There is some foxing, light stains, and a couple holes on the lining, but it’s not visible when worn. Longer front has pockets and rounded back has fur trim. Fun vintage item that could go with about anything. Taupe color.
