Vintage strawberry candy-esque blouse

This is a very cool piece with unique pleats on the front and back, on the sleeves down to the bottom hem. It's sleeves are between a tshirt and tank. I'd consider it a smaller Medium or bigger Small, but here are the measurements. Pit to pit: 18 inches Garment length: 24.5 inches It has a sweet little button in the back. I'm not sure what the fabric is but it's nice and slippery/swishy. I believe it's handmade because there aren't any tags. No damage.
