Vintage striped Jon Jon romper size 4T

Vintage striped Jon Jon one piece romper in alternating stripes of blue and embellished with a 1st place ribbon on the chest, size 4T circa 1960s. Fully lined in a light white cotton. White shell buttons sewn with contrasting red thread. No labels, just a size tag, but clearly a quality piece. Quarter shown for scale. Please use provided measurements for sizing, as vintage pieces can run small. In excellent vintage condition- the only flaw is some slight discoloration in the top portion of the lining that may come out if treated and isn’t visible when worn - see photos.
