Vintage striped collared drop waist dress

Vintage dress with no tags but looks 80s. Very soft, thin cotton like fabric. Stripes are dark/muted orange, teal, and Burgundy with gray and black between. Has a 30s/40s style pleated drop waist under the elastic waistband. Has a run parallel to the bottom hem and a snag on the back left shoulder as shown in pictures. Measurements laid flat: Bust: 22" Waist: 17"-22" Hip: 39" Length: 47" Comes from a cat friendly home.
