styled3rd @ggc114 shoulder to shoulder measurement laying flat is 16.5 inches. Unfortunately there is no materials tag as I believe it was custom made in Thailand. If I were to guess I’d say the lining is polyester and the outer material is a wool blend. Hope that helps!
