Vintage style Navy blue dress

Size lg, fits like a medium. Beautiful, deep navy color with pretty lace applique. Has a vintage 1940s feel. I am 5'4, size small. The dress is 35 inches shoulder to hemline. 15 inches across waist and has some stretch. There is a concealed side zipper. 65% cotton 35% polyester. A slight mark on the back (see pic), only noticeable if you look for it.
