Vintage style Red Polka Dot Wrap Dress S

Not sure if this is vintage or just meant to look it. I thrifted it and never wore it. Super cute polka dot wrap with ruffle detail at the hem and wavy sleeves, kinda summer time garden party aesthetic. Make some lemonade in it or go have a picnic or something :) Measurements lying flat are 13” waist 16” PTP 33” length, 18” hips (obviously it’s a wrap so it could go bigger, I just have it tied so the front matches up like in the photos).
