Vintage style black blouse

THE SKIRT AND BELT ARE NOT INCLUDED --THEY ARE A SUGGESTED WAY TO WEAR. This is a georgous piece. Vintage / Gothic style. No signs of wear. I paid alot of money for this top and only wore a few times....she needs a new home. Somewhat sheer....underneath is the maniquin pattern. Size says 13 I might be interested in selling the skirt if the price is right....it is my favorite torrid size 0 polka dot skirt. Offer me a price I can refuse!!
