Lovely little cocktail or special occasion dress. Sleeveless black lace top with sequin embroidery, cream colored gauze skirt, lined, with lace print at smocked waist and at at bottom. Tea length. Size is 0X, fits like an XL, waist has a lot of stretch. Pull on. Measurements (taken flat): pit-to-pit 19”, waist 16”-stretches to 19”, hips 24”, length 40”.
