Vintage style floral dress women’s medium

New with tags bright floral dress with elasticized waist. Sheer detailing shown in pictures. The fabric is supposed to be crinkly. This is a women’s medium not a juniors. Simply vera by vera Wang. I am 5’6” and this falls at my knees. Very cute with black boots.
