Early Donna Ricco of New York, a favorite designer of Michelle Obama. This dress is so classic and versatile. Large folded collar detail that can be worn on or off the shoulder in thick, soft Jersey knit with a pleated almost peasant style bustline that's very in right now. High waist plaid skirt in soft imitation wool. Looks very polished! Bust up to 39", waist up to 30" (shown belted here smaller), hips up to 43". Fully lined. Excellent used condition with no flaws and freshly dry cleaned.
