Vintage style tie neck blouse size 20

Soft and floaty black chiffon tie neck blouse. Great cherry blossom print that looks so nice tucked into a pencil skirt or a high waisted pant!! tie at the neck or leave it casually untied. Size 20 but I wear a 16 and it fit me with a loose style fit...so it bloused out nicely when tucked in.
