@tyeo27 Hi, sorry for the late response. I can get exact measurements for you later this evening. The dress is a thinner white cotton and would need some sort of slip. I'll get back to you with measurements soon!

@tyeo27 Sorry for the wait on this! All measurements are taken with the dress laid flat. Widest part of the bust is 17", waist is 13", then it flares out immediately to about 21" around the pockets by the hips. Length is 43" total from top of the straps to the bottom hemline. There are belt holders but it does not come with a belt. Let me know if you have any other questions!
