Vintage surf/utility short, like new!

These adorable utility/surf shorts, designed to hug the hip, are anything but drab! So many cute details add function and personality. I wore these just once (impromptu hot tub party) and I was glad to have this fun coverup layer. Great for the beach, barbecues, flip flopping down to the nearest taco truck. Approximate measurements when laid flat are forthcoming. As always, from a smoke-free and pet-free closet.
