@lmbestill1984 hi! So sorry for the delay. The waistband is elastic and is 12” lay flat, up to 17” reasonably stretched. Armpit to armpit is 18”. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 20”. The whole sweater has a bit of stretch. Hope that helps!
