Vintage swing dress floral print 10P

Vintage dress with shoulder pads. So cute! Perfect for vacation or everyday! The belt has 5 eyelet adjustments. Even though vintage usually runs small I would say it run pretty true to size. The waist is stretchy. It measures 18” when flat and 20” when all the way stretched. Would be cute with a ruffle petticoat underneath for some volume!
