Where it says made in, it starts with a U, and you don't see anymore  When I was doing research it was coming up Syroco on almost all of this type of flora edging. The flower edging comes almost to the top, shown in pictures. The bottom of the stand has some worn spots where it sits on counter. Smoke free and Pet free home!
