Vintage tapestry style dress. Creamy gold elegance!

This dress with jacket and coat is a long short sleeve dress with 3/4 sleeves jacket and throb same-fabric belt. Size on tag says 18 but I am an 8-9-10 and it is just a tiny bit large on me. Not really a tear in the left armpit - more like a stretch mark. A couple dark spots on front of jacket and some yellowing around the collars. I have not attempted to spot clean or dry clean this, but it seems like it would brighten right up if I did.
