I'd describe the color as a robin egg blue mixed with teal. it's an excellent vintage condition. it may have had a belt at some time but I've never had one for it. there's a couple small marks. the zipper works well for a vintage zipper. it was worn but loved. waist measurement: about 14 inches pit to pit: about 18.5 inches
