Vintage teal, v-neck blouse with white speckles

This top is very unique. Complete with shoulder pads still in tact and 4 accent button on the front/bottom connecting the front of the shirt. Front neckline is a plunging v-neck but can still be modest. I paired it with blue high waisted jeans for a more "casual" look. No tag. Fits like a M/L.
