Vintage tie-back blouse

This cowboy-esque shirt is so adorable! It buttons down the front and ties in the back. The lace is just for decoration, it's not real pockets. There are shoulder pads, but you could remove them easily. Some kind of synthetic fabric. No rips, stains, or tears. All buttons present. Measurements lying flat: Shoulders: 18", bust: 22", waist (maximum, can decrease with ties): 20".
