darlascottage I’ve found more accurate results by looking at Completed and Sold listings than only listing prices. Because on some sites, if pausing listings or going into Vacation Mode isn’t an available option, sometimes sellers will boost their prices way up temporarily. Looking at what actually Sold is more accurate. That being said, I love this design!!!

darlascottage @armida49 Your price is fine, it’s the example price that is probably somewhat skewed in some way. I can’t mention other websites here but I looked & your price is in the reasonable range 😀I wish I could find out the names of the Daher designs (if they have official names). I just love them.
