Vintage tole painted box bag, spring green and garden roses

Hand made box bag. Circa unknown. Dovetail joints and twist clasp hardware. Despite being made out of wood, the bag is quite lightweight. The outside tile painting has beautiful roses and hydrangeas? Inside is cushioned felt with a gloved hand cut out of felt. The bottom of the box has four upholstery brad feet and a makers sticker. I have no idea who the artist is but it’s the perfect spring bag. Measurements: 9.25 across front 5 inch sides 10.75 inches with handle up 5 inches without handle = domed lid. Any questions?
