Vintage top and skirt set

Susan Thomas vintage yellow top and skirt set. Top has tie and decorative buttons with invisible back zip closure. Skirt has side button and zip closure. Fully lined. Skirt has two small stains on lower front (see last picture). I have not tried to clean it. Otherwise in excellent condition. Labeled size 10 but much smaller- see below for measurements. Top: 16” armpit to armpit 15.5” waist 21” length Skirt: 13” waist 16.5” hips 23” length 13” waist
