Vintage collection of See By Chloe, great condition rayon while tank top with uneven fringed edge on the bottom - front is longer (23” from the décolleté part) and back is shorter (21” from the top). Embroidery with flower motif. Skirt is even on the bottom 27” length, has fitted detail on the top and flare at the bottom
