Vintage topaz yellow & clear rhinestone regency brooch - November birthstone

Gorgeous and regal brooch would look fabulous on a jacket lapel or on the shoulder of a plain top holding a scarf in place. The brooch hangs 2 3/4 inches and is in perfect condition. All stones intact and prong set. Very well made. No designer markings.
