Vintage traditional Chinese sheath CHEONGSAM in black/ red chinoiserie

Vintage traditional Chinese sheath dress “CHEONGSAM” in a black / red chinoiserie pattern . 2 side slits . Zipper, snap, and toggle closure . Preowned used condition. Top of seam needs stitching on right side slit as shown in photo but does not show when on the body. Needs a steam press. Size MEDIUM, however it will fit a size 0 or 2. Measurements from armpit is 17”. Bust flat across is 16”. The waist is 15 1/8 “ and the hip measurement is 18 1/4. The neck measurement is 6”. Waist should not be bigger then 27” and hips no wider then 37” with bust measurement no larger then 35” . Would look elegant over jeans or velvet capris.
