Vintage tulip bracelet

This is a gorgeous vintage bracelet that was given to me, but I never wore it. It’s in good condition and doesn’t show lots of ware. The tulip is made out of shell or bone? No cracks or chips on the tulip and looks elegant on. I have small wrists, so this doesn’t fit me. The stamp inside says Avon, and the metal is gold over brass. The bracelet extends and moves to fit larger sizes then it’s frame. Will ship with a protective pouch.
