Vintage turmeric high-waist pleated palazzo pant with matching fabric belt

Vintage: Gorgeous turmeric colored palazzo pant with high waist and pleating, making for generous hip movement. Rayon/nylon that feels a like linen. Matching fabric belt. My tailor brilliantly opened up the waist a bit by using of the belt loops and adding a couple of inches that way—now it’s good for a 36” waist! I would keep but COVID weight :(. Waist lying flat: 13” Hips: 20” generous because of pleating Full length: 36” Width at leg opening: 16 3/4”
