Vintage two piece skirt set- separates size 12 snow leopard-pencil skirt- animal

These are both listed with two different brands, but they are both listed as size 12 and I have posted pictures of all of the measurements. Whoever owns this before definitely saw that they run well together and make a perfect two-piece snow leopard suit set. The material is cotton so it’s very soft. Retro power suit ?
