Brand - Unknown Fabric: Nylon and Tulle Size - S Waist - 22 - 28 inches Length - 21 inch Condition - Very good vintage condition except for the following flaw: an ink or paint splatter on the yoke which I was unable to remove. The petticoat appears to be reversible so you can wear the splatter on the inside.
