Vintage union made Portfolio perry ellis merino wool 14 petite black peacoat

I looked this coat up before listing it and someone on eBay had it up for $600 in navy. I was shocked. Been hanging up in my closet for a while without a bag so it needs to be laundered. 100% merino wool. Union made by unite. Vintage craftsmanship. Pockets are in astounding condition. All 8 buttons are tight plus the small button under the collar. Pockets do not have zippers or buttons. There is a 3 inch tear on the left underarm seam that can easily be stitched. There is a lot of staining that will come out when laundered that is shown in the photos. One is on the back left shoulder, the other near the end of the sleeve, one dot near the bottom of the front of the coat and the other under the double breasted feature. Has a heavy weight to it. I ship through usps the same day if not the next business day. Smoke free home but not pet free.
