Vintage, unusual Art Nouveau lapel pin with small vial

An interesting lapel pin with a small glass vial on it's back for flowers. I'm pretty sure the metal is pewter (I've tested it and it's not sterling.) Its about 1¾" llong, and 1½" at its widest. ¾" deep.
