I purchased this dress at a thrift store in NYC. It had 1980’s poof sleeves which I had altered off to create a tank dress for a more streamlined approach. Belted waist inside dress. Large pockets. Thick, durable cotton-like material. No tags so unsure. I have only dry cleaned this dress. Stunning classic.
