Vintage velvet and gold gown

Vintage, unique dress. halter Top is dark blue velvet-like material. Has hooks in back and double straps. Racer back design. Skirt is textured gold and multicolored fabric. label: Stephen O'Grady era: #80s Dress is vintage size 12. waist to Skirt ~40" shoulder to waist~15" bust ~18" waist~14" Due to age of dress, there's fading on inside lining of dress and some stains on bust as shown. Some small repairs on hem but not noticeable when worn. Skirt is lined.
