Vintage velvet and taffeta/ tulle flocked skirt

31” long amaaaaaazing vintage skirt. The top yoke is black velvet and it has a shirred flocked dot taffeta skirt with tulle underneath. It’s beautiful and in gorgeous condition. Tags are ripped out so I do not know the designer but it’s very well made. Would probably fit a size 4/6 or medium. Or small and have it taken in. The waist msmt is 26” and bottom of the yoke is 39”. It’s a VERY FULL skirt with 2 slits in the front. The skirt has a wearers left size zipper with button.
