Vintage velvet “ball gown”

I bought this at a vintage store and it’s super classy and the cut outs give it a little extra pizazz! The bra pieces are a little hard like there is cardboard like material keeping it structured. I’m not sure what they used back in the day but you definitely do not need to wear a bra with it.
