Vintage velvet black dress with ribbon

The loveliest vintage velvet little black dress with a ribbon detail across the chest. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. I would say this is closest to a women’s 2-4. Great vintage condition, recently thrifted in NYC, dry cleaned immediately after purchase. This is a beautiful dress with a lot of styling potential for the holidays. The hem on the left side of the sleeve has come slightly undone, not super noticeable and easily fixed, priced accordingly. An edgy, classy, and unique piece.
