Vintage velvet dress with rhinestone collar. EUC

Seriously vintage velvet dress by JR Nites. I purchased this dress at least 20 years ago at an estate sale so assuming it from 80s maybe? Excellent condition. Back invisible zipper, short sleeves and a bit of an a-line drape. An excellent choice for weddings or cocktail parties. Dress it up with some diamond earrings and a clutch and you are ready for an elegant evening. Size and care tag are missing. Assuming it’s a small based on fit and measurements.
