Vintage velvet full-length overcoat

1980s era full length velvet coat with padded shoulders, 2 puffy pockets at hips. Flared from waist down. Approximately 54" from top of shoulders to the bottom. All 10 buttons are intact, though may not all be buttoned in the pictures. The velvet appears to be in very good condition throughout. The bottom of one of the pockets has become detached from the coat and needs to be sewn back on. There is a significant 2.5 " tear on the right shoulder at the seam. The ivory lining is slightly discolored with age and has a number of nickel sized holes at the bottom on one side as well as becoming detached at the sleeve on the other side.
