Vintage velvet maxi skirt

Vintage velour velvet maxi skirt. Elastic waistband with soft feel. 33 inch length, the waist stretches to 17 in. The tag says size 14 but this fits better as a size medium. Made in the USA, Monterey Canyon brand. Please refer to measurements. There is a slight flaw which is shown in some lighting, when worn it is not noticeable though. Whimsygoth romantic skirt.
