Vintage velvet rose floral high waisted skirt women’s medium

Gorgeous vintage skirt, fits like a LONG size 6-8, 29-30 waist or women’s medium. For reference I am 5’11” and the skirt fits floor length on me. There are two button holes, one of which is frayed but isn’t too noticeable on. There is a zipper as well in good condition.
