Vintage velveteen circle skirt

In great vintage condition velveteen skirt made by Jo Collins. No stains or holes. Hem could use reinforcing but still intact. Metal side zipper and button entry. Knee length. Beautiful, soft velveteen fabric. Classic circle skirt style. Dress up or down. Skirt fits high on the waist and is best for a size 6. Skirt is 27" in length, waist measures 12.5" across and total span is 84".
