Fair condition - hole through left sleeve (see 3rd picture), missing button (see 7th picture). Otherwise fantastic condition. Button could be added by buyer, hole could be ignored or sleeves shortened (by buyer) and hemmed to become a short sleeve dress. STH 20”, best fit around 3T.
